I have to wonder if the reciever is bad, I know thats the last thing you want to hear BUT I have seen THIS many,many times.. did Dish send it to you or did a tech bring it?.. I ask because UPS and the rest of them do NOT treat them very well, I.E.. they get bounced around and hit.. and THAT is...
