    Black screen viewing "Bravo" or "USA"

    If we are watching Bravo or USA channels, a black screen pops up. Within that black screen we see "[ffff]"in the top left of the screen. We occasionally see a repeating web addresses from top to bottom. If we make any changes using our remote, it will briefly return to normal. Within a...
