    How much is the Hopper upgrade costing you?

    I have been a customer since october 2011, so very new. Have America's 200 and three movie channels. Three tvs with 722 and 2 622 receivers. Installed 1 hopper and two joeys and total upgrade was $400 plus $15 install fee.

    Hopper Sling Adapter and EHD

    I get a red light but a extremely long process then no picture. It says no bandwidth. Never had an issue with 722. I wonder if it is not connecting while it is recording the prime time shows. I'll try again after 11est. Still it should work all the time.

    I can not get mine to connect to hopper either. It hangs and then shows a very slow connection with no picture. Replaced the 722 with hopper and never had an issue. Hope they fix it soon. This was an expensive upgrade.

    Hopper install advice

    My installer is here. Like many other the set up hung up in download software. He then started it and forced the receiver to look for satellite first. 61.5. The default points to wrong satellite. Once he did that the software downloaded within minutes. Just some advice that seemed to work...
