I just changed over. It was easy and quick. My refund should be in 7-10 days. They inform you of the billing on your credit card and they have you select what type of service you want.

Sean, I am still having a problem getting the Philadelphia mappings. I reset the box 3 times and after the channels relist I still get the NY listings. Could there be something wrong with my box?

No, they removed the diplexer when they installed a more powerful antenna. Philadelphia is the main channels that cable uses but they also included the NY channels for customers on the border. I have both but Philadelphia are the primary.

my zipcode is 08865. I do not know what dma I belong to. I asssumed Philadelphia because of the distance. Also I don't believe a diplexer was installed with the antenna but I can be wrong.
