What should I do with older Dish receivers?

Thanks. Looks like it's time for Plan B.

What should I do with older Dish receivers?

Appreciate the responses to my question. I know about the wiring issue which I can address. I do not have a Hopper account. As I read your responses, I seem to recollect that MPEG2 still worked on the Western Arc as only the Eastern Arc required MPEG 4. Is that true?

What should I do with older Dish receivers?

I did a Dish Chat a few days ago asking if could swap a 222 for two 211's. The CSR told me yes, but it would cost $95 for an installation fee and I would have to sign a new 2 year service agreement. I've been with Dish for at least 12 years, so the new service contract requirement is, IMO...

The home markets of both teams are allowed OTA telecasts of the game. If you subscribe to satellite/cable and get NFL network, you get both.

Unable to "go back" to forum

I've had this problem for weeks also. If I click on the "back" button multiple times, and we're talking 10 or more sometimes, eventually it works. I do not have this problem on any other web site.

    Archaic credit card update process

I had the credit card I use for autopay replaced with a new one - new # and expiration date - last month. Apparently, credit card companies do this from time to time as a fraud protection measure. Anyway, can't say when I did it in relation to my billing date, but I did it online and there...

MSNBC and Cooking in Dish America Gold?

Well, what a surprise! Despite what the web site states, Cooking is not in any DA package. I just checked and MSNBC HD is not available on channel 209. This is turning out to be a joke. Neither one of these channels is available in DA. Can't wait for the next post by a Dish Network...

MSNBC and Cooking in Dish America Gold?

I've had what is now DA Gold almost since the HD-only packages were first introduced. I have never received MSNBC and I recollect that when this channel was added in HD, there were posts on threads that complained, as was the case with many other HD additions, such as Fox News, Speed, etc...

Dish Network HD Package Comparison Chart

ckhalil18, I have Dish America Gold with Platinum. I assure you MSNBC HD is not a channel I receive. I suggest that if you want to have your listing as accurate as possible, you also need to check how you've shown Palladia and HD Theatre.
