That's unfortunate. We used to loose 129 due to rain fade and could switch over to SD. Now it seems like rain fade results in "total signal loss". They switched me to eastern since it would be "more reliable". Can the H3 handle all 3 satellites on the western arc if I ask them to switch me back?

Customer for years with a pair of 722s off western arc. Dish (can't remember the model) had LNB with 3 eyes, one for each satellite. Recently upgraded to H3 and Joeys. Installer used same dish, rotated to eastern arc. Replaced LNB with 2-eyed one. I remember the the eastern arc originally...
