My HD channels TW Columbus, Ohio , particularly CNN, HLN and others sometimes do not come up at all or are loaded with intermittent picture w/lots of artifacts. Any thoughts? Thanks Mike

TW Columbus Channel Guide Ditto. The new guide is just plain crappy without any thought about the customer experience. The new channels are choppy, disconnected, not intuitive and down right poorly thought out. Mike

I have the SA8300HD DVR. Using the TW instructions, LIST>>>B, I can not find the remaining storage on my screen. This doesn't work on both of my DVRs. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

HD DVR Problem risking karma, I have 2 TW HD DVRs, 8300HD. I have not experienced any of the problems you reported.............I am in Columbus, Ohio but still running the Passport software. Don't know if this helps you! Good Luck:confused:

Sata Port 8300 I acutuall purchase an external SATA drive from Apricorn.........unfortunately TW Columbus, Ohio does not enable the sata port in the 8300HD so i would not work. I talked with TW COL and they said it might be enabled in the latest version of code due out sometime late this year.:(

TW and ESPNU TW in Columubus Ohio has ESPNU, but, outside of fball and bball nothing much to watch.:up
