Yes, Direct tv's is picture quality is better. This is a fact. Dish is still only HD lite. Yes, still HD lite in 2015.

The problem is the shows aren't HD. We lost a station that had actual HD content (Fashion TV) to make room for HUB HD. For the record, I'm not interested in either channel. I just don't like seeing the amount of actual HD content on Dish decreasing with no accompanying decrease to my bill.

No they couldn't because they are out of bandwidth. Fashion TV is FTA so Charlie wasn't even paying them money to broadcast it on Dish. I think we need to start a death pool to predict what HD channel will be yanked next when a new channel is added.
