    Happy Thanksgiving to everyone... I get to do another turkey!!!! Thanks for the feedback shadowhawk2020, I will stick with the oil and spice this time but if you wouldn't mind go ahead and post the brine and I can use it for Christmas.

    Getting ready to smoke a turkey tomorrow afternoon, a little nervous. I don't have an injector, does anyone know if it makes that big of difference? If so I will buy one. Please advise and thanks for the welcome!

    Hey, I joined your forum, just got my Orion a couple of weeks ago and am enjoying all the recipes. If or when I find my own unique blend of 11 herbs and spices I will be sure to pass it on.
