    EchoStar 23 (Conus beam) will still be at 110W so there can be some Conus beam coverage from 110W depending on how many transponders they use for the spots.

    Correct. 110 will be 100 percent spot beams for locals. 119w is the Conus satellite that will provide everything else.

    Your are describing service through a VPN. The problem is it may work and then, right in the middle of the football game or whatever , it will be blocked. The providers scan their services and figure out when a connection is through a VPN. Then they block that IP address. And not a fast...

    It gets complicated. It's like the dvd region system where content has to be licensed for the region. So his packages like Netflix or Amazon would not be the same as the US version. And in general, networks would be blocked.

    Physically Move and set up your hopper and Dish at it's US address. Then you can stream from it to your cabo home using the Dish Anywhere app.

    If you have a Hopper at your US home location and it has a good internet connection, you can stream seamless to any location. Newer TVs will have the Dish Anywhere app. Same for the various sticks. Works great Only restriction is it will only stream to a single device tv ,smart phone , etc.
