Anyone know how to reset the 922 to where it wipes everything clean and makes as if from the factory? The menu option just resets settings but doesn't completely wipe it. Like to try this before having to send it back to Dish for a replacement. Thanks.

I'm still having the issues with Parental controls causes shows not to record. Hoping S106 will fix it.

Like I said there are more than "one" problem with 922 recording, there are multiple bugs. You are experiencing a different bug, this thread is not for you.

Why the disagreement? Parental controls on, no work. Parental controls off, work. Dish also has acknowledged the bug, so not sure where your coming form?

They are not coincidence. I have about 5 - 6 recordings a day and if I'm using parental controls 2 or 3 of those will consistently not work every day. With parental controls off all of the timers work fine every day. I think I finally have engineering agreeing there is a bug that they need to...

I believe you can do it with other receivers but when I got my replacement 922 they said I could not transfer my shows from my old 922. They said this is coming but not here yet for the 922.

You can breathe now. I tested it last night and I was able to record 4 shows at the same time two on the SAT and TWO on the OTA.

Not without buying the optional OTA module. With the OTA module you should be able to record two SAT and two OTA channels at once. I should be getting my OTA module this week and I'll verify this.

Poke, it's not exactly an extra $10. It's $10 total for the DVR fee compared to $6. So $4 more for the 922 DVR fee compared to the other DVRs.

I have been having major recording issues with mine. It will say it's recording a show but it never shows up in my DVR list. Three shows that it said it recorded today are no where to be found. I was even at the box while it said it was recording a show but it didn't list in my DVR view...

922 IR Codes Does Anyone know the IR codes for the red, green, yellow and blue (It looks like only the red is currently used for Jump). The remote is a UHF only so I can't learn them directly. I was able to use the 722 codes for everything else. I'm programing a URC MX-980. Thanks.
