OMG...........Just called......followed the directions as outlined above. Had a nice chat with the Rep regarding DTV and Pac 12 Network while he checked out what could be done............was able to reduce programming by $10 a month because duplicate programming due to having the Ultimate...

Be careful...........Dish might impose some big time cancellation fees!

Be careful with Dish..........you might end up in a two-year contract with hefty cancellation fees if you do decide to go back to DTV. I would try calling first..........ask for the Retention's Desk.

Called DTV about it..........CR knew nothing either (seriously!!)!! While on phone with DTV, googled Olympic Channel and found it on 624 and told CR about it......his comment........"good to know"!! Go figure! As a side note.........apparently not available on Dish.

Posted on another site questioned the truth of Wikipedia indicating that pac 12 network is coming on August 1 to DTV...........any rumblings heard on this site??????

Try this......once you have turned on the tv, hit "info", you should see a bar across the top, move to highlight "CC", there will be a drop down and if Closed Caption is highlighted, move the highlight down to off. Not sure if that's your problem or not, just another suggestion.
