my dp301 came with the g3 card, the last time i added time to it, the autoprompt also told me to hold for a CS. i held for a little bit and then hung-up. it had accepted my 'dishnow' card and repeated my order so i too think it is a glitch. glad you goot back on.

strange thing, when i activated my dishnow card, i upgraded to the 'top 200' from the 'top 100' and i know i lost one of the channel #193, i think was a science channel, but i watched it sometime. i don't know if i lost any other. it says in the flier that the 'top 200' added to what you had...

have you tried to get more days by using a dish now card from radioshack?? it seem that the problem i have read were about the green dot money pack, just a though. good luck to you.

thanks, steelersrule, i will give this a try. the 119 lnb may be bad, i'm getting 70-72 on the meter for 110.

the number i was wanting was the number to call to resend activation signal. as i said earlier, i am getting a signal from sat.110 but not from sat. 119, do i have to be getting from 119 for the activation to work or will it activate on 110 ? i had called 1-888-347-4132 to activate the $40.00...

"steelersrules" what telephone do you call? i have called about four or five numbers and all i get is the run-around and past around. i have gotten "i can't help you" and "i can activate if you sign up for regular service.". why is dish network selling a product and service they won't support...
