I've had the HD GUI for as long as I can remember (it being out, that is). This is the first CE to ever go wonky on me in three years. Don't have time tonight to redo, so i guess I'm stuck on the NR until next week.

Mine appears to have failed. D/L'd last night, while it was around the 94-95 percent, I turned off the TV, went to bed. Got up this morning, and now it will not show any video(can browse the guide, menu, etc) except recorded items. No matter what channel I go to, I get no video, no audio, and...

So is it 0559 on both HR and H models? I got 4559 on my h21, it's already at 97%, so I have to wait to try again. Haven't tried the Hr21 yet.

The replacement is blank, I booted it first without the EHD plugged in, and of course, there were no shows on it. I then shut it down (after getting done with the CSR activating the replacement) and plugged in the EHD. It comes up with all my shows, but when I tried to play them it says "All...

I thought it would format the drive, too, but it didn't. So then, I need to erase all the shows one at a time? Is there no way to format the drive from within the system? I really don't want to have to break open the case to attach it to my pc to format it.

Downloading now.... Did anybody else have a wierd issue with last weeks D/L where when you first turned on GS/DLB, it would cause the audio to stutter on the second channel? I actually just noticed it tonight before checking here for the new CE.

Finally! Actually home on time (and remembered) to do a CE!!!! I was driving the wife nuts last week with my moaning about DLB finally being here (I swear at first she thought it was some exotic sport club <grin>)
