    I never got any signal when I used the DISH 500. I found an old round dish in the garage, and pointed it at a single satellite. I got reception within minutes. I don't know what I did wrong. Maybe a bad switch, or I just screwed up. I'll try again this weekend. Thanks for the help...

    That is all probably true. But I think all of your guide information comes from 91. You could get the programming from 82, but it would not have any program guide data. But I could be wrong.

    I have not received my 6100 yet. I don't know about the card being built in. You get skew info from using the sat pointing tools at kusat.com. They have some nice tools there which include set up for dish 500 or the similar setup from BEV.

    I don't have a clue yet, but I ordered a BEV 6100 (E*811) from Kusat this week. After reading all of the posts about the advantages of SC or BEV, I decided on BEV. But what do I know. I'll post later when things are set up.

    KUSAT is now an address broker. I don't know much about them, so I will not recommend them. But I encourage others to post their experiences with Kusat.
