thank you guys for everything ..... I finally found amc4...i had the configuration on the box all wrong and the lnb was skewed all wrong...I also had to change my lnb to a standard ku band one as the universal lnb seemed to be giving me a hard time..I am all smiles today and i have all you guys...

no luck :mad::mad:i put the active transponder...bought a small tv...went up on the roof with tv and reciever but stil the signal is at 0..now i am dumbfounded and dont know what to do

i have tried literally every elavation humanly possibly..i think.. but no signal ...i really need help...is it possible to find the signal using my old expressvu box

the only beep i got was from the sat finder but on the box it did not reflect anything..i cannot turn the 22khz on coz it is automatically disabled when i select the universal lnb

help for amc4 i spent 4 hours last nite trying to get amc4 on my fortec lifetime classic with no luck....i was using a satfinder and pointed my 90cm dish in ever direction possible...i bought a universal ku-band lnbf.The satfinder would beep on numerous occassion but on the reciver the signal...

any particular brand of LNB or what specification that i need to take into consideration

will the two recivers i have..a fortec classic and viewsat extreme work once i have replaced my dish,,tommorrow,will they work with amc-4ku
