    In the OPs description, the Super Joey crashed when trying to do a feature which requires internet. Maybe reset the internet connection to the Hopper? Let it bridge to super/Joeys again?

    Are the power supplies compatible between the Joey 1.0 & 2.0? Connector is gray on 1.0.red on 2.0. Are they different size,rating,ect?

    Has anyone put a Hopper 3 & Joeys on a rack in a closet? Will the Joey remotes work from a good distance(across the house?), or just behind a tv,in a cabinet,ect in same room?
