I've had the HR34 for over 2 years, it's worse now than when I got it. What's the old saying for doctors....do no damage? Beyond frustrating! Fortunately I'm lucky enough to have a Google fiber install next month. After 17 years with D*, this is why customers leave, ummm, dummies.

Having come from a larger company that previously owned DIRECTV, the CFO is usually more strategy focused as opposed to the CAO which is more accounting focused. Strategy vs accounting correctness if that helps. You also have the segregation of duties, which lets the CFO fire the CAO if the...
