My Sirius changed to a much higher rate while I am traveling in my RV. I tried to cancel online, but that was not an option. I then tried to chat and that did not work. I hate talking to an idiot CSR on the phone. I got billed for this month already, so I will cancel when I get home.

Is there a way to get the Roku TV to open up to a particular input when I turn it on? It's aggravating to have to go to the correct input (Wally) every time I turn the TV on.

When I set it up I was seeing both satellites. But I have been getting some strong winds and there was one tree in question. Overnight the updated guide loaded when the wind was not blowing. This morning the signal kept going in and out. I moved the dish about 4' and everything is working OK...

Yes, it goes through a check switch each time I reset or unplug the Wally.

I have had my Wally turned on for a while and I am getting it prepped for a trip in my rv. I am trying to get the guide updated and it is hung up on the 3/21 date. The guide is blank. I have tried to update the guide, reset the Wally and hard reboot with no luck today. Any ideas?

Something else weird started happening today. Whenever I go to watch something on the DVR the screen comes up with a scrambled looking screen. The audio works fine. After a few minutes the video will come up. This happens when I stop the DVR recording also. It does not happen watching live...

The hard reboot solved the problem. Every recording stopped at 8:22PM and restarted at 8:23PM. I have the receiver on an UPS, so a power outage can't be the issue.

One thing I noticed this morning is the battery is going down faster. I suspect something is running in the background. It was plugged up all night, but around 3 AM the battery starts going down. Before I could unplug it and use it most of the day. After just two hours the battery is down to...
