    I will check it out again tonight. I noticed the ones with reruns in the channels I'm interested in are easier to schedule because they are already in the guide, I just have to pick the New ones only.

    Is there a trick to dishanywhere search for programs? I don't recall being this difficult to search for programs to record. I just tried to search for Super Girl but got no results. I looked on the Hopper guide and it's there.

    No luck, the remote looks new and there are no current backups when I launched the system wizard. I will just rebuild the Timers, I took pics of what I have setup the other day.

    Holy crap, I should've asked/mentioned it before the replacement. I will check later, it is possible that the installer left the original remote.

    I did, I saw that in a troubleshooting pdf. The good news is the tech swapped out my Hopper and the WJs were able to recover and boot back up properly. Maybe someone else will find this info useful in the future. Warning 981a. Thanks to DIRT for the assistance.

    Update. After a chat with a support rep over the weekend they sent me two replacement WJs. I received the two WJs today and plugged them in with excitement, it's been a month waiting!     Does the Wireless Access Point show up in "Your equipment" list?

    K, just trying to make sense of this issue. I'm tempted to check if I can make one of the netgear ac routers work just so I can tell dish that their wap is the issue instead of me waiting for someone to wait another few weeks that hey maybe we should send you a new wap to see if that's the culprit.

    Does the Wireless Access Point show up in "Your equipment" list?

    I'm curious if the WAP is listed under the My Equipment section in My Account. I'm still trying to troubleshoot my issue with WJs not being able to connect to the WAP. I've chatted with support and I'm supposed to wait for engineering to figure this out... almost 2 weeks now.

    Something must be wrong with my WAP or the connection to the Hopper. The Whole Home settings doesn't show the WAP as Linked. I've tried to reboot the WAP a few times but no go. The Wireless light on the WAP is not ON.
