    One reason that they may have added these channels to VaVaVoom only is that I believe that they need to pay the content provider a fee per subscriber. Since everything is in limbo at the moment, they may be looking at a way to either fulfill existing contracts or make a push to expand services...

    Uhhh...ever hear of a couple of little companies called Blockbuster and Walmart? I think it is a safe bet that Netflix is more than a little concerned about their market share. I'm pretty sure that if I were Amazon, I would consider BN, Borders, Circuit City, Best Buy, Walmart, Target, etc...

    I doubt that E* would buy Rainbow1 just to lease back space to a potential competitor - I am sure they have plans for this capacity.
