    I also used the e-mail method and was able to upgrade my 2 owned HR10-250s to 2 HD-DVRs for $199 + $19.95 (they waived the fee on the first HD-DVR, charged the $199 lease fee on the second). Confirmed with the CSR that the HR10s were showing as "owned" and that I would be able to keep them...
