He has adjusted elevation back to proper setting. (we did that trying to adjust everything/anything in an attempt to get some kind of reading on the tv screen).

I assume the microsoft word doc attachment is instructions, have clicked it twice, and it reads page not found

We have no setup instructions. Nothing in box with Equipment from Orby except hardware, compass, and signal meter. We have had to figure it out as we go.
