Reset my receivers and my HR21 came back and seemed OK but my H21 the guide came back on but only lasted about 3 min. then to be announced again. Talked to CSR and he had me do a hard reset, unplug power and sat. in line. Guide came back and lasted only 3 min again. CSR said it would rebuild...

Sent mine in the 1st week in October. Received the movies last week. Both HD and BD arrived on the same day. Looked like they were shipped from same place.
