Well - I bought one from Walmart (I think it was Kodak brand). Basically it was a package with several size screens for cameras, pocket TVs, etc. which I had to cut to size and use a little tool to press the plastic down with. It stinks...don't buy it. It traps air bubbles under the screen...

This makes no sense to me. I have leased my equipment for years and gone through PVRs (about 4 DVR-501s), bad LNBs, dish re-allignment, etc. I have not been charged for any repairs or replacements - ever. I thought the fee was just for subscribers that buy equipment. Maybe I am wrong.

This will be my last post on the topic, but I thought some of you might want to know the final resolution. An experienced tech finally came to the house and replaced all my LNB's and repointed my dish 1000 in 30 minutes. I now get about a 65% signal on 129 which is much better than before and...

I get about a 65% signal strength on 129. Getting the Dish tuned on all 3 sats is a challenge. All I can say, is get an experienced tech. It took three attempts to fix my dish (broken bolt) and have it properly retuned.

Installer came and discovered a bolt broke on the arm that holds the dish in place and that the on the LNB, the wrong bolts were used. So, he replaced all the parts and refocused the dish. I have no more signal issues on 110 and 119 and get a signal strength around 85-89%. But, he could not...
