XMRadio Online website works fine. In fact, because TT has been down (for 2 months), I bought Total Recorder, and have successfilly recorded from XM. TT has the problem. I just bought Total Recorder yesterday, so that is not the cause.

I got an upgraded unit, but still own the XM Roady unit which I could use in a second car. If I reactivate the old unit and change my ID on xmoline back to the old radio, then I can resume recording from xm omline. What flips me out, is that the radio ID listed for me in TT has never been the...

I changed to a newer XM receiver after I originally bought TT. Does that disable TT because of the new radio ID?

I'm using the same exact login and password as I use for xm online. That should be right.

I have posted a thread a few days ago called Timetrax 1.4 won't connect. I was told to come here for help by the people at Timetrax. Am I in the right place? Why does it take a week or so to get answers? I would love to use the software, if it really works.

I have Norton Internet Security as well as Windows Security for XP. I turned both off and still can't connect.
