    921 and Bell

    Hi Everyone! Here is a purely newbie question. If I buy a 921 off ebay that is new and has never been in the Dish data stream, can I use it on Bell? What is required to make it work if I can? Do I just put in my card and call bell to activate it? Thanks In Advance Everyone.
