It has been on for a week in standby mode? I am using the 1000.2 antenna which is of course pointed at 129 along with the other satellites. anything else I can do to give it a shove? I even talked to Lesli Harper in person about this on Tuesday and she thought unplugging it may do the trick.

I am really stumped here and I seem to be stuck with an older software version (AHU1 XACB) and no matter what I have tried I can't get it to download the lastest software. I have tried of course putting into standby mode, reseting it, running a check switch, and un-plugging the receiver. Nothing...
