    WSKY-4 Norfolk back up

    Did a forum search and couldn't find this anywhere else, but on Jan 1, 2012, WSKY-4 was added back to the Norfolk-Va Beach locals by Direct. Not a great channel, but good for ODU sports and the Norfolk Tides AAA baseball games.
