    well I've been out to jobs where the customer has changed the work a few days before the appointment and it didn't not take so when i get out there the order i have is wrong when u go to change it they sometimes will cancel the order at that point there isn't much the tech can do

    If notes are on the order when i get it then i'll let the customer know about possible charges with i do my ETA call but when i do custom work they pay for the work and the labor pole install with 20' of cable and concrete $75 and labor $50 hr then anything over 20' i charge a dollar a foot

    I work for a HSP the 40% isn't D* mark they want 27% that is the HSP mark if they hit above the 27 then management gets a bonus for every phone line
