Ok, just got the HR24, it does not have an active access card, on set up for 04:SlimLine 5 the following satellites are showing, note the 110 degree Odd box has no symbol, just grey in color. 103 degree even is X all other boxes with the exception of 110 has check marks.

D12 is showing 99, 110, 119 all good strength 90+ Just double checked and it's the older non swm Tested the dish configuration to 03:slimline 3 and it only saw the 99 degree satellite, so put it back to 04:slimline 5

Thanks for your help One last question..... In satellite setup on my current receiver, the dish configuration is set to 04:Slimline 5, will that be the correct setting on the HR24 as well?

Most directv dish photos I've seen while researching this normaly show 3 LNBs, is this single LNB going to give me good HD quality?

No other receivers or DVR at the cabin other my D1, two coax cables coming off the dish with a regular lnb

I have a similar issue at my mountain cabin where the dish is a Slimline Multi-Satellite with Integrated Ka/Ku band & built in multi-switch. Currently have a non-hd D12 receiver and have an opportunity to buy a good condition HR24-200 but not sure it will work with my existing dish? Suggestions...

Slimline Multi-satellite dish with integrated Ka/Ku LNB's & built in multi-switch I have an opportunity buy a HR24-200 to replace my D12 non-hd receiver but don't know if it will work with my current slimline dish. Can one of you experts advise me on this?
