I now believe this is what I've got happening. My TV's power-save features were already turned off, but in the client's settings, only the 4:3 aspect ratio and 480p resolution are available. (The picture itself actually looks great, and doesn't appear to be subject to these crippled settings...

Thanks for responding. I'll look at that, although I was pretty sure we were already running it with power-save disabled. The TV was unplugged for several days during our move, however, so it wouldn't be surprising to find all the settings reverted to defaults.

Just moved and had the Wireless Video Bridge + 4 new wireless Genie clients installed yesterday. The new UI update feels odd just because it's unaccustomed, but more importantly, it looks awful on our 65" LG OLED screen. The same was true on the smaller TV's we have until I went to Settings >...
