Have had a great experience so far . Installer arrived about 2 in the afternoon left by 6 .Got the new reciever HD-DVR it is black very cool also the HD is amazing. Am having a problem programing my remove to work with my harman kardon reviever. Already went to Directtv.com none of those work...
