Dish has an exclusive sponsorship deal with the Pac-12, not exclusive carriage rights. So Dish is "the official multi-channel video programming distributor" of the Pac-12 for signage at stadiums and arenas.

Have "all channels" enabled on the Hopper. Channel guide goes from 438-05 right to 455. Nothing in between.

So channels 445 and 446 don't show up in the guide. Any one care to offer a quick tutorial on how these channels will be implemented?
