    I upgraded yesterday to DISH Hd. I have the 250 package with the $20 extra HD package. I get Fox Sports Southwest on my regular SD package and that channel is fine, but the HD version of it doesn't appear to be working. No programs appear (channel appears) on the guide, just says fox sports...
