You don't get stronger quality on this transponder than that. That's what i'm getting with my fortec too, other receivers may show a higher level, what matters is a stable picture and so far i have no freezing.

What type of lnb you have? If you are using linear standard or universal lnb you may not find it on 110W, if you use a dss lnb you will get it.

You don't say where you live, if you live in south america you are ok, but if you live in north america not a chance unless you ask your neighbour to have a dish setup in his/her balcony and run a cable from there to your apartment.

I have an Terk indoor antenna and i'm very happy with it. I live in Toronto-Ontario-Canada and i get the Buffalo channels with good reception.

After the dish is on check all around the pole to make sure it's plumb, when we think everything is plumb the dish weight makes it to bend forward.

I installed mine few days ago and before i put the dish on the pole was leveled, with the dish on the pole is off a bit, so it may be your case too. Just my 2 cents.

It could be weather related. Don't panic. The Portuguese government is rich(LOL), they pay for us(portuguese) to watch TV.
