    I got a hold of them. They will try to get out today if not Thursday for sure. Since I got a new HD box he may have forgot to put the band stop filter on since the standard box didnt require one. God they suck lol.

    We have 18 units and only a few use DirecTV, most others use comcast. Me and my neighbor that are getting mixed up are both calling first thing in the morning to get this fixed. For now we both agreed not to delete each others shows lol.

    Wow!! So I just called my neighbor who I know watches poker and sure enough it's all their shows that are recording on mine and we were deleting each other's shows! They have a genie box. So we are both calling tomorrow and having them fix this!!!

    The shows are not in the series manager, that's what I'm trying to say. There is no way to stop recording them.

    For instance, all this stuff I havent set to record except Mob Wives. Even this poker series stuff when I click on it, there is no option to unrecord the series.

    But I never set to record them in the first place, that's what's driving me crazy. And they are not in the series manager or anything so I cant 'unrecord' them.

    Well crap its still recording random shows even though I changed the whole home setting.

    So it just plugs into the cable that goes into the receiver? Maybe the settings you suggested to block access will take care of the problem by itself *crossing fingers*

    Is there a certain 'model' band stop filter I need to get or are they all the same? I may wait until Monday to call them again and see if they wont take care of this first then I'll go from there.

    I dont see anywhere where I am able to control anyone elses DVR? I'm just trying to control mine.

    My bill is from DirecTV but True Digital Satellite are the ones that have to come out and fix stuff. So then I *can* fix this myself without them having to come out. Just install it on the cable that goes into the receiver?
