how and which one do you switch to?

I have it hooked up via HDMI cable to a samsung 32" HDTV. no audio system is hooked up.

I upgraded my Directv system to HD DVR and they sent me the HR200-700. The picture is awsome! but the only problem is on all HD channels there is video and no sound:confused:. all other channels have sound. I contacted DTV they told me to get a service call. Can someone tell me what it is so I...
