It happened to me 2 times this past week. All on OTA channels. All on the DVR list, but when I try to play them back, just get a Black Screen. Called Tech. Support, they said they had not heard of this problem and had no suggestions for me.

I live in Brookfield, WI and receive all the digital channels including FOX. I have 3 antennas with an A - B- C swith to get all of the channels. I have a Toshiba 16 x 9 HDTV and do not see the black bars on the top or bottom with this TV. I also use the S-Video out to a channel 3 modulator...

My first 811 was a LABD (after 2 months OTA quite working), now have LADD. The LABD was much better with the black crush on component and DVI, only dark on video and s-video. The LADD has black crush on all outputs - video, s-video, component, and DVI. Hope it is fixed soon!
