    how did you switch it? did you complain the HR34 was too slow, or did you pay for it? my 34 is driving me crazy after having Dish, i only have a 34, no clients, 20% full HD and it lags WAY too much

    weird, when i turn off genie recommends, then exit, i go back in, i get the check back in an hour message in the main part of the screen,but on theleft side i still have choices to select

    go to "TV shows", then bottom left hand side is "genie settings", select that and then select "turn Genie Recommends on" : menu,search and browse,Tv shows,Genie settings,turn genie recommendson, ok
