I had the same problem. Tech came out and replaced my LNB but the problem was still there. Dish sent me a new 622 and everything is OK. The tech told me that for some reason the 622 won't receive certain transponders and that causes the problem. Mine kept losing transponder 17 on the 119 Sat.

They wouldn't give me one! I've been a customer for almost 2 years and they would not let me lease one. Was eventually transfered to the executive resolution team who also said I could not have one. Told them to cancel my account and they did. 2 emails went unanswered. Hope you have better...

Scott, The guide and menu's are what I love about the 721. Do you know if they plan to add it to any other PVR or and other receiver for that matter?
