Maybe, but I doubt it would affect the other units.

I have four Dish receivers (two 211s, a 722 and a 222), all of which are defaulting to "standby" mode even though I have deactivated standby on the preferences menu of all units. The problem was first noticed in February on one of the 211s. Dish tech support said it would be fixed by a s/w...
