    So far not a good upgrade.

    Always confirm the equipment before the tech starts any work or you'll end up with a headache. The techs can make mistakes with getting the right equipment on the truck. Happens a lot with newly launched equipment like when the first gen hopper launched.

    how did you determine you have a joey 1.0? There's no visible difference between a joey 1.0 and joey 2.0. The difference is all inside the box. Post the firmware version on the joey and we should be able to tell you.

    question for Scott... do you think that Dish will release a hybrid LNB for customers with the 1000+ for internationals? I feel like a lot of people will not like the idea of using two dishes for Hopper 3 just to keep internationals from 118.7.
