I'm actually a fantasy player and in a points spread pickem and the Red Zone is worthless to us. We watch 2-3 tvs with emphasis on favorite team then best matchup/game, etc. There's apps to follow your fantasy scoring.

Unfortunately customer service is going by the wayside in most businesses anymore. When there aren't many options for some services, being a long time loyal customer really doesn't mean anything like it used to.

Did you try the red button reset or check your signal meters? Are you sure your signal is lost and really it's something else?

I hooked up the preamp on Saturday. I could pull the 42's easily (no issues) from the same tower as the 3's but I'm thinking WHSV is having some issues. Of course after all of this, I then found out I could probably get the WHSV locals on D* now. Oh well, I get DC locals on D* and get my closer locals too so it's not all bad.
