Fox is playing some god awful widescreen crap that looks horrible on a 106" screen :eek: I cant wait till the next round when its in true HD I hope! Cardinals better advance to, so I have a reason to watch baseball in HD. :D

My projector doest have a DVI input but a M1. I could buy a M1 to DVI adaptor for around $40. The projector came with a M1 cable that will hook up to the RGB port in the back of the Directv receiver. Instead of buying the M1 to DVI adaptor am I getting the same PQ with RGB setup?

I find the phone line part of the installation odd. They seem to enforce that requirement when they want. I hooked up my kids bedroom to a Directv receiver and they lady on the phone said it was fine not to have it hooked up....Which was fine with me!

I noticed since getting HD that thier PPV are not in HD. Is that correct? I rather order online that drive to the video shop. Dtv sucks on my projector unless its HD.

The tilt messed me up, make sure you set that first. I had to use a different elevation that what is suggested. Basically I used the tilt they suggested and loosened the satellite and made slow right to left turns raising the elevation slightly with each turn untill I found the satellites...

Here is what I noticed with mine. Last night it looked pretty good even with a few lights on behind the projector in the Kitchen which illuminated the living room some. This morning on the other hand I had to brighten the picture as the sun light creeping through the blinds effected the screen...

I order all my pay per view online, its better than waiting on hold and getting charged. I moved my tv a few years ago and forgot to hook the phone line back up. It still let me order with the remote and I didnt relize what was going on untill I got a messege on the bottom of the screen...
