Based on what you said, I think the retention supervisor you talked to is not being truthful. I have been offered $15 off and will wait to see what happens 2-1 before deciding what I will do. Still waiting to hear if they are cooking up another offer for us orphaned Absoluters...:D:D:D

What is the source of your information??? As I read it, the letter from dish appears to indicate credits will be received regardless of what package we choose. After reviewing this entire thread, it is uncertain at this point of what any credit amounts will be ... only speculation.

I am leasing a second 722 for only $7 a month more and did not have to pay any additional costs by extending my subscription to a 24 month commitment. You should be able to get the same deal. Call dish back and ask to speak with one of the “account specialists” they are much more accommodating...
