I fixed a few errors. Some of the categories were not counted correctly. A couple channels for Dish and for Direct were not being counted in the totals.

My Bill went down by 2 cents, but only because of $11 in loyalty credits. Come August it will go up $10.98. It is tempting to be annoyed, but I still would not find a better deal anywhere for HD service and 2 great HD DVR's...
