Update: I was able to negotiate $15 off my bill for 6 mos. as compensation for not getting the CI broadcasts from CSN channels...they offered $10/mo. then accepted my counter of $15. That's just about 50% of the cost of Center Ice. I'm still annoyed by the way Dish handles these disputes but...

Am I correct that this is still an ongoing dispute? I noticed that, after the reported cut-off date, one Sharks' CSN broadcast was available through my CI package but the rest have not been. That one game made me think they had worked it out.
