I think you may have an ip conflict with the HR-21. I'd go to the network setup of the hr-21 and see what ip is currently assigned. I'd suggest changing it.

Has anyone sucessfully got just the new HD stand alone pkg that including the recent MPEG4 receiver only additions? From what I've read in the various threads there should be a HD standalone pkg that $30 + fees. I've called twice now, about a month apart inquiring about it the CSRs have no clue.

I've had it a few months. I had to hard reset it once to get to my recorded programs. Besides that the guide is slow, sometimes takes a few seconds to respond but tolerable. I don't care for the analog channels. But I got more HD so I can deal. :)
