    Your signal levels are low. With low signal you will lose picture and get pixelation. You should have it repeaked. Depending on where your located the signal should be in the mid to upper 60s at the lowest and 70s, 80s or higher for 119 and 110.

    Set your tv to air not cable. Set the modulation to air 60 for tv2. Turn tv1 modulation off. Hook your cable directly to the home distribution port and the other end to your tv coax port.
